New Information received November 2013

Keep me anonymous please but it has come to my attention that this breeder isn't allowed to travel to the US.   Something to do with importing a dog improperly. It seems the dog ended up at the SPCA in Buffalo or Detroit or somewhere.

Hater needs a hobby. Pam is terrific and does in fact deliver puppies to the US. My barbet is beyond awesome. No issues at all. Lonely sad people should be better at training their dogs and not blame the breeder for their short comings.

I have a long experience with Pam that includes forged health certificates, forged letters from lawyers, and a level of dishonesty I have never encountered elsewhere. She appears to be a congenital liar. So I urge people to have nothing to do with her, and to deal only with breeders that are members of a recognized water dog association. But I can also add that I have ended up with a great water dog that is the envy of everyone we meet. The key is lots of activity and lots of interesting things during the activity. We spend a lot of time in the water, go for 3 long walks a day, and take a ball with us everywhere we go. If you're not ready to do this, don't get a water dog. But Pam is not definitely not terrific, and I count myself lucky to have had such a fortunate outcome.

We have a dog from Pam and I can't for the life of me, understand why "anonymous" has such a "hard on" for Pam. Lola, our Portie, is the perfect little girl who wouldn't hurt ANYTHING!! Pam handled all aspects of bringing Lola into our family with professionalism and integrity. If you're thinking of bringing up and caring for a Portugese Water Dog, Pam is an excellent source.
